It was Kyle's
first TJGT event in 3 years. We had to get permission from the Tour Director to allow 12 year old Kyle to play up in the Boys
15 - 18 division. They wanted assurance that Kyle could keep up, carry his own bag, without a caddy for 2 day events with
yardages of 6500 - 7000. He did well on his practice round, but the weather did not cooperate. The rain showed no sign of
stopping, but they let the tournament start as scheduled since there was no lightning. Kyle was only 2 over after 10 holes
when they halted play and stated that Saturday's round would not count. They elected to make it a one-day event, so everyone
went home to dry off and get some rest to come back on Sunday. The weather was better, but the course was still extremely
wet. After a rough start on the front 9, Kyle was able to settle in and shot an 81. He was tied for 12th out of 24.

Club - Hogan Course
Boys 15 - 18
Due to the flu, Kyle wasn't able to compete again until Mid-November.
The next venue was familiar, Trophy Club on the Hogan course. Kyle was T10th after the first round, everyone fighting
25 - 35 mph winds. Round 2 started off raining, but it stopped after 4 holes and Kyle had a much better round,
with 2 birdies and moved up to finish T8th out of 30 in his division from the back tees (6800 yds)

Dallas @ The Tribute
For his last tournament of 2012, Kyle went back to The Tribute
GC in The Colony. There were 42 in the Boys 15 - 18 division, to play from the back tees (6921 yds) on the links style
course. It's been an unusually warmer for this time of year, but also very windy. Kyle was able to finish 16th
out of 42
